Delivery Policy - Pet Pawsie

Products from Pet Pawsie are shipped directly to the address provided during the payment process, after the order is completed, by our international suppliers.

Our delivery service, called "Free Shipping," has a fixed cost of R$0.00 and takes 8 to 11 business days (after the product has been shipped), depending on the location. The shipping process will take place within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation in our system. We provide a tracking code so customers can follow the progress of their delivery.

Note: Delivery times may be extended in some cases, such as delays from postal services, strikes, peak demand periods, or other situations beyond our control.

Taxed or Imposed Products

All Pet Pawsie products come with a 30 days Warranty so you can shop with complete piece of mind.

Pet Pawsie will at our discretion repair or replace any product with a manufacturing or materials fault for the duration of 30 days from purchase date.

Toys

No toy is indestructive. Always supervise your dog when using a toy of any kind. Inspect toys regularly for damage and remove and replace if broken, or if parts become separated, as serious injury may result.

If you received a damaged shipment or product, please email photos of the damaged item to support@petpawsie.com, include your order number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Whilst every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of the manufacturing process, fabric dyes etc. and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.
